If you attempt to create a Google Spreadsheet using ScoutX, but it never loads, your Google refresh token may be missing.
To generate a new one, please try these steps:
1. Visit https://myaccount.google.com/u/0/permissions, and ensure the Google account displayed in the top right is correct. (If not, visit https://myaccount.google.com/u/1/permissions)
2. Remove the access to ScoutX:
3. In ScoutX, disconnect your Google Account and connect it again with new access approval.
4. Try to create a new spreadsheet again.
