When a user receives an Andon Cord notification, it means the user has been temporarily suspended from selling on the Amazon marketplace.
If they are unable to determine the issue by logging into Seller Central they need to reach out to Seller Support.
Once the issue is resolved on Amazon's end they can use IL like normal.
