lithium_battery_energy_content' is required but not supplied

Work around for the above error from the following case: https://inventorylab.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/22700

Hmmm, I'm not sure why it's not accepting the energy content you entered, but I have reached out to our development team to get to the bottom of this.

In the meantime, we'll want to try a workaround to get your inventory out of stranded. How we do this depends on how it appears in Seller Central:

First, we'll try sending it with no information, just to get the item into Seller Central. Restore your batch again, and this time edit so that the dangerous goods information says No. Send the product feeds again.

I tried this in our test account and didn't receive any errors, so hopefully you'll be able to move on to the next step. Find the item in Manage Inventory in Seller Central and click 'Edit' next to it.

In the item details screen, choose the 'Compliance' tab and make sure Advanced View is checked:

From there, fill in your information as you did in InventoryLab:

Then click 'Save & Finished' at the bottom. Your listing should no longer be stranded.

If sending the listing with battery as 'No' does not work:

In your Stranded Inventory menu in Seller Central, choose whatever option is given to correct this listing as long as it's something like create listing or edit. If you have to create a listing, make sure to paste in the same MSKU used for it in InventoryLab. Once it appears in Manage Inventory, take the above steps to add the information.

If there's no option for editing or creating a listing from Stranded:

Go to Inventory > Add a Product in Seller Central and create a new listing for FBA. Be sure to paste in that same MSKU from the original listing. You should have the option to fill in dangerous goods information when going through this process, but if not, after you create it, take the above steps to add it into your Compliance tab.

I hope this helps to get your listing up! We will update you once we have more information from our development team regarding the information not going through from InventoryLab.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
