ShipmentId [XXXXXXXXXXXX] MerchantCustomerId [XXXXXXXXXXXXXX] InvalidItems[ (skuType=MSKU, sku=MSKUHERE, reason=OVER_ASIN_GUIDANCE)

This error comes directly from Amazon, and it means that the users MSKU in the error cannot be sent in due to limits on capacity.  This is either a limit placed on their account by seller central or a limit placed on that product by seller central.

It could also be due to having a recent removal order on that item (since Amazon will not let sellers send in that product again for a set period of time).

We do not have a way to bypass this error so if they feel it is a mistake then they would need to reach out to Seller Central.

No Macro but the following response should help:

Hi There,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

That error comes directly from Amazon, and it means that your MSKU: {insert MSKU here} cannot be sent in due to limits on capacity, either a limit placed on your account by seller central or a limit placed on that product by seller central.

This could be caused due to having removed the item during a free removal promotion with Amazon and it is not yet eligible to send back in.

In order to continue with the batch, you will have to remove it or reduce the quantity of the item to see if that resolves the issue with Amazon.

If you think the error is a mistake, reach out to seller central support and they can check into it for you within their system to see if they can remove the limits.

I hope this helps, but please feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
