One reason for this error is submitting dimensions for an item when adding to a batch, then editing the item and getting the dimensions modal again. After inputing the new or the same dimensions and weight, the error is generated.
The solution for this is to refresh the page, remove the item from the batch, and add it back in so you can enter the dimensions again for the item instead of editing them, which is what caused the error.
This can also happen if the user needs to rebind their Account with Amazon or if no default shipping address is selected.
