Length cannot be less than zero Error

The error usually comes back as this in the admin panel: 

Error Message:
RequestId:085fa3be-3937-49f8-88c0-0e7fa2b6ba57, Exception:System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Length cannot be less than zero.

Failed to Send Feed And Create Shipment. Exception is System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Length cannot be less than zero.

There can be several reasons for this error. 

We have seen this particular error in the past and it was due to Amazon restricting a customer's ability to create shipments until an issue with a past shipment was acknowledged in Seller Central.

To see if this is the case for you, please check your shipments or inbound performance summary to see if you have any issues that you need to acknowledge.  There may be something there (such as sending in an overweight box) and you'll just need to acknowledge it either on the summary page or shipment page before Amazon will let you inbound again.

If you don't seeing anything there, try creating a shipping plan for an item in Seller Central to make sure that you can follow through with all steps to completion there.  If you experience an issue there as well, a Seller Support agent should be able to see and help address it if you contact them.  Then, once Amazon clears this error from the API we use to communicate with them, you'll be able to list and process buy lists again using InventoryLab.

If you can create a shipment in Seller Central without issue but still can't process your buy list in InventoryLab, please reply with the buy list file so we can investigate this further for you.

This can also be caused by duplicates in the batch: 

Items with different entries in the batch, same ASIN,  but one will not have a condition, as shown below:

This should be solved by JIRA: https://inventorylab.atlassian.net/browse/PD-2884 

It can also be caused during the buy list import when replenishing ( https://inventorylab.atlassian.net/browse/PD-2888 ) as our Replenish feature just looks for the same ASIN and gives you MSKUs to choose from. It does not match up also the condition of those ASINs to the condition you are trying to list.
