If a user requests a refund due to non use, check FS and closed batches. If they have not used IL in the time frame we will refund up to 2 months and cancel their account (Use Cancel Subscription and Process Refund Macro)
If a user with an annual subscription requests a refund, offer to convert them to a monthly price of $49 and then refund the difference.
If a user reaches out about an inactive account and needs access to their reports we will manually activate them for 48 hours without payment.
