LTL:
- The option for SPD Vs LTL is only for InventoryLab to be able to create an error if the user tried to create shipments with more than 200 boxes. Its does not change the setting in Seller Central.
- LTL Shipments has a 4999 Box Limit with 1500 pound weight limit.
- LTL shipments must have product labels, box labels and pallet label.
If current offers indicate Amazon is the Seller: We guess this based on the number of reviews and if the seller has a 98% or higher rating.
Tentative Shipment Destinations (private workflow): We call the shipment plan each time an item is added to the batch (this is the same call we use for a Live Workflow) When the batch is submitted we then submit the FBA Shipment plan call again for the entire group of products.
The API only allows us to send 200 MSKUs per call but we will automatically combine shipments if there are 2 shipments headed to the same warehouse with the same settings.
MSKUs can be up to 40 characters
ASIN: Amazon’s SKU, each listing is assigned an ASIN (typically begins with B)
An ASIN can have multiple MSKUs but and MSKU can only be linked to one ASIN
FNSKU: if the item is not commingled this will be unique number/characters based on the MSKU and Merchant ID
FNSKU: if the item is not commingled this will be unique number/characters based on the MSKU and Merchant ID
Some items are not eligible to be commingled (NO_LABEL) so they will automatically be added as SELLER_LABEL.
SELLER_LABEL and NO_LABEL can not be in the same shipment (users can choose to send feeds only and import a shipping plan file to combine these)
How the Sync Shipments works to bring back working shipments:
Will bring back a shipment if it changed statuses and Amazon was able to flip it back to working
Does NOT work if the status was changed to DELETED/CANCELLED/CLOSED
Only works for shipments CREATED in IL

Min/Max:
In a batch with the setting to send min/max data to Amazon turned on, leaving the min/max fields blank for an item in IL does not overwrite/clear the min/max price if already entered in SC.

If a user has auto price rules set for min/max, they need to include min/max when importing a Buylist.

Merging Duplicates
The merge appears next to the duplicate that was last added (it does not appear for the first one added to the list).
When you click 'Merge' it takes on the accounting information of the first one added to the list, but it will increase by the quantity of the duplicate that you merged.

Case Packed:
Multiple Case packed items can be packed into one shipping box if they are going to the same warehouse.
Amazon limits the number of units in a case pack to 150.
Case packed batched can not currently be imported using a buylist.
Replenishment:
We will show a replenishment suggestion even if the item is no longer in their inventory based on past sales/reports history.
When replenishing an MSKU, the list price, cost/unit, supplier and purchased date info last used will auto populate to the listing details page for the item even when they are not selected to default from last entry under Advanced Settings.
