Sales will sync every 2-3 hours throughout the day.
Sales not Reconciling:
Reports are received for most users every 14 days, although some users are grandfathered into the ability to request this data more often.
First check to see if reports are available in Scratchy or Scratchpad. If reports are not there the user needs to reach out to Seller Support to have them generated (Missing Settlement Report File Type Response macro)
If the reports are available but have not reconciled, log into Admin Panel get users ID and then click Settlement Sync to search by User ID to see if the Sync shows "Processed Unsuccessfully"- if it does start the sync over again to resolve this.
Currently, the ESTIMATED sales is pulled from cached data. Once the order service PD passes, this will change.
