Scanner Troubleshooting

Some things to try:

 

Uninstalling and Reinstalling Scoutify 2.

Making sure the scanner is in HID mode.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the scanner, then setting it up using their manual.

Turn off the camera permissions on their phone for S2.

For scanner Socket Moblie CHS 7ci - a couple of users were able to get it working by:

 

"I got it to work. Another amazon seller gave me tip. There must be a glitch or something with the app, she said to tap on the screen(drone looking thing) a few times and then scan. It worked. Thank you."
