If a company writes in requesting API access, there is a Basecamp To-Do list in the Support (Dev + CC) channel these can be added to.
We are currently integrated with BQool, Aura and Informed.Co. The team is also looking into KiOui for a future integration.
If the integration is not working per a user, you can ping Elliott or create a Jira asking them to double check. They will most likely provide a file for you to send to the customer showing we are sending a cost so they can reach out to the Repricer support.
We do not send a cost for items that are not on-hand. Once they are showing in-stock a cost should be provided for these items. (Per PD-2958)
BQOOL:
Does not currently send Min/Max but user can export the BQool Repricing Central File to import this into their software.
User can choose to import Highest Cost, Average Cost, or Current Cost when enabling integration in Bqool.
We send data to Bqool but can not request data back from them.
Syncs every 12 hours *we send data every 6 hours) or they can choose to request updated information immediately.
For future API requests from Users we can say this is currently only available for Vendor Partner Access only (and is only available for repricing currently).
Lowest price is the lowest cost for both MFN and FBA
Prices manually entered in BQool will be overwritten with integration.
BQool does not offer support on weekends.
