Exception:System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Length cannot be less than zero. Parameter name: length

ArgumentOutOfRangeException error that was translated in the admin panel from the error code. 

Exception:System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Length cannot be less than zero. Parameter name: length 

The issue was an over 50 pound package so Amazon suspended the user's ability to create shipments until he acknowledged it.
